Submission Guidelines

Welcome! These guidelines explain what you can submit, quality standards, and how the review & publishing flow works.

(One profile per user. Required before publishing work.)
  • Create a new Series: /submit-series/
  • Manage your Series: /my-series/
  • Create a new Chapter: /submit-chapter/
  • Manage your Chapters: /my-chapters/
  • Creator Dashboard (Studio): /my-studio/

Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be logged in to submit content.
  • Each account may have one (1) Artist Profile only. Use the same page to update it.
  • You may create unlimited Series and unlimited Chapters under your account.

What You Can Submit

  1. Artist Profile (one per user)
Represents you publicly across the site.
  2. Series (unlimited)
A collection or storyline. You can have multiple series at once.
  3. Chapters (unlimited)
Entries within a series—episodes/parts that progress the narrative or collection.

Tip: Your Artist Profile must exist before your Series/Chapters are made public.

Content Standards

We aim for work that is high-quality, respectful, and lawful.

  • Originality: Submit only content you own or have explicit permission to publish.
  • No infringement: Do not submit copyrighted material you don’t own (images, music, fonts, logos, scripts, AI outputs trained on paid assets without license, etc.). If you used third-party resources, ensure you have valid, shareable licenses.
  • Respect & Safety: No hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or illegal content.
  • Privacy: Do not upload personal data of others without consent. For identifiable people in images, ensure you have model consent where applicable.
  • AI-Assisted content: You are responsible for rights/attribution and for ensuring no policy violations.

Violations may result in rejection, unpublishing, or account action.

Quality Guidelines

Text

  • Use clear titles and concise descriptions.
  • Avoid excessive CAPS, emojis, or promotional spam.
  • Check spelling/grammar; keep formatting consistent.

Images & Thumbnails

  • Artist Avatar (Profile): Use a square, high-quality image. Recommended 1024×1024 (min 600×600). No watermarks or borders.
  • Series Cover/Thumb: 1200×675 (16:9) preferred; at least 1000px wide. Keep focal point centered; legible at small sizes.
  • Chapter Cover/Thumb: 1200×675 preferred; consistent style across chapters is encouraged.
  • Accepted formats: JPG/PNG. Use reasonable file sizes (< 1MB if possible) to improve load speed.

Links

  • Only include links that are safe and relevant (e.g., your website, social profiles). No link farms or malware.

Important: Your Artist Profile must be present (and policy-compliant) before your Series/Chapters are published.
